Marshall focuses her practice on commercial litigation including title insurance claims, mortgage banking, claim and delivery (replevin), debt collections, and real estate disputes. Prior to joining Crowson Walker, Marshall practiced in these areas and in employment law. She has experience in state and federal courts as well as before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and South Carolina Human Affairs Commission. Marshall’s prior experience also includes serving as law clerk to the Honorable James F. Barber, III, in Richland County where she gained valuable insight into state court proceedings.

Marshall received her undergraduate degree from Wofford College, majoring in English and government. She received her Master’s Degree in Mass Communications before attending law school and earned both degrees from the University of South Carolina.
